I have definitely made some great friends. The people in your classes are really easy to get along with. There are a lot activities that are always occurring. There is campus life building that is full with people, you could go there to study, social, or find student discounts to various Broadway shows. Also the college is not far from the train.

Unfortunately if you're eager and have a lot of drive it will be a bit depressing being around most students here. A lot of them just don't seem to care, especially since the tuition is so low and financial aid is so great the only thing to lose by being lackadaisical is time until they cut your funding. But otherwise the clubs are great and events, though rare, are fun and worthwhile.

I am very involved in my school. If you say I don't know what's out there or how do I get involved in Lehman go to the student life building. Ask for the Associate Director of Campus Life Mr. Ray Flook and meet him. From there your life will never be the same!!He knows a lot and what he doesn't know he'll point you in the right direction. Also Amanda Dubois of Community Service, Service Learning and First Year Students. She's Amazing as well.
