My tip to prospective students would be to prepare yourselves to move from high school to college. Somethings work differently in college than they do in high school, but that does not have to be a bad thing. As long as you are willing to adjust, the changes can be made easily. Academically, be prepared for the professors to ask more of you than you think you can handle in the time you have. As long as you manage your time wisely, the homework can be done in time. Socially, be willing to involve yourself. The students I see having the hardest time are the ones who do not get involved on campus and are constantly negative about their new surroundings. Try to look for the good, be willing to try new things, and make new friends. Getting involved right away is the best way to make friends and feel pleased with your college experience. read full review
