One tip I would recommend to any student at any college is to check your student email daily. Email is the number one communication mechanism in college and is key for getting a hold of your professors. Also any important campus news, alerts, or opportunities will be given through email. So always check your email!

For anyone who would like to come to Eastern, take advantage of the easier classes during your first year of college, try to get as many A's as possible. When you begin your core classes, and future scholarship opportunities, it will only help you. Get involved with organizations that you enjoy and meet and network with others and start a linked in account.

If your going to commute and take morning classes please be here no later then 7:30am to find parking. If you have long class days pack a lunch because you save a lot of money that way. JOIN GROUPS! Even if it's for fun or networking both will help you.
