I have learned more in the past year at Howard than I can honestly put into words. I have learned so much about Architecture my first year that I can confidently draft floor plans and elevations of a structure, and make a decent model of it, whereas at the beginning of the year I had no idea what a drafting board was. I feel as though I am also learning what it truly means to be an adult, and to be independent.

The vibe on this campus is amazing. Just in one hour of being there, I saw the school spirit, diversity and tradition. Howard is the prime example of the college experience.

Thought an HBCU it is very diverse. The social experience is amazing. However, the experience with administration and in the classroom sometimes makes me wonder if its worth it.

Howard is extremely diverse in its student body. There are so many organizations to get involved in, and Greek life is a huge part of the Howard experience. The education and exposure to the black diaspora students at Howard receive is second to none.

Howard is an extremely diverse and fulfilling institution. It is a university that makes it's students work hard for what they want. A student that has accomplished 4 years at Howard can make it through anything.

HU has a lot of spirit, and great students. However, a lot of organization is lacking and you'll most likely be frustrated. The neighborhood also isn't the best, and their are rats on campus at night.

Howard University is a place where you are showered with numerous opportunities. The number of connections I have made here at Howard, just as a freshman is abundant. The knowledge that you gain as well as the experience in your field that you gain is like no other school.
