If you are a high school student, I would highly recommend begining to take classes at JCCC through your school now because the more credits you can get in ahead of time, the better. If you are considering transferring for whatever reason, I would also strongly recommend it. The classes are laid back enough to where the teachers do not stress you with an impossible workload, however, you learn just as much as you would at a four-year college - for half the price. read full review

JCCC is a great school for students just graduating high school, because it gives you a change to get acclimated to the college scene without becoming too overwhelming. I believe it's an excellent school for someone who isn't quite sure what they want to do with their life. JCCC is also a great school for parents who are wanting to change careers. They offer a wide variety of night and summer classes, online and hybrid courses, and even self-paced courses. I believe there is really something for everyone at JCCC! read full review
