The campus is relatively small, but the people are what make up for it. Everyone I've met that works for the school has been approachable and very nice and still very down to business about things. The Scranton area is generally friendly and if you explore a bit (and there's plenty) you're virtually guaranteed to find great places for down time and socializing. Remember, it's only as enjoyable as you allow yourself to make it.
