Residing in the dorms is an awesome way to meet new people. Michigan Technological University is a great school for learning. No matter your class, teacher or learning style you can always find someone that will help you learn what you need to learn. Almost all professors will help you outside of class to learn the material if you need help, and even if you are with a professor that does not go out of their way to help you, you can find other professors willing to help. There are also tons of learning centers where fellow students can tutor you for free. The learning centers are a huge help in studies and also a great way to meet people. Before I got to tech I never felt as challenged as I wanted to be, when I got to Tech I was able to take classes at a rate that I wanted to and love the classes. Classes are challenging but also fun and offer great opportunities to learn. To learn at Tech you have apply yourself, it is a lot of work and does not come extremely easy but with work it is very easy to learn all that you need to. read full review
