Living on a floor of all girls can be really hard, so the stress level is exhausting. Thankfully, there are many other things to do.

I was scared to go to college. I was one of the kids who loved high school and wasn't ready to move on and go to college. By the time I got there, I was enjoying every minute of it. I have met friends that will last a lifetime, I have gotten myself involved with the soccer team and other activities that have been on campus, and I have been trying to get involved with clubs on campus. Even though I am only an hour or so away, I don't find myself coming home all that often. Even though I usually have soccer every weekend, I choose to stay on campus because I enjoy being at school.

I am enjoying it here. It is really easy to make friends here if you live in the dorms. Kids the first week will walk around and walk into other peoples rooms just to make friends. The dorms also have a lot of activities going on. Another great way to make friends.

The teachers are friendly and always willing to help you if you are struggling. Thanks to the relatively small class sizes, my instructors are capable of not only giving everyone individualized attention but also addressing the entire class.

There are tons of on campus activities and things to do all the time. Big movies are played for free for students a few weeks after they come out in theaters. There is a bowling alley (often free during events) and really nice sports/exercise areas. There is always something to do or someone to talk to.
