Most of the professors here are kind and care about the academic well-being of their students, but like all colleges there are some professors who are only here for a paycheck. The atmosphere in the Biology field also creates a Dog Eat Dog mentality with classmates which will make it hard to find worthwhile help. Persevere and keep your eyes on your goals and you will do well.

Initially I swayed about how much I was really liking Morehouse College. I mean paying so much money and having the West End be my welcoming mat, I just had my doubts. However this turned out to be one of, if not thee best decision I ever made in life. The people there were phenomenal and there was always something exciting going on. Its a one of a kind atmosphere that I'm blessed to have experienced.

I'm not too sure if I am enjoying my stay here at Morehouse College. I am used to the transportation system from New York. I was able to just hop on the bus or train and go anywhere. Down here in Georgia, they do have the MARTA system, but it takes time to get used to. You literally have to use the MARTA if you need anything. Nothing is in walking distance, which is one of the main reasons I am not enjoying my stay here. I have to spend extra money just to get something simple.
