I'm not very impressed with the food offered at NDSCS. I feel like for the most part the meals are unhealthy. Serving fries at every meal and soaking everything in butter is not appealing to me. I would rather make my own food in my room than eat at the cafeteria.

» Read MoreSOMEHOW I managed to avoid the freshman 15! The food here is delicious! You get a choice of two hot meals, choices of hot side-dished, choices of deli sandwiches, salad bar, soup, desserts, cereal, fruits, and they even have a soft serve ice cream machine! Also, the culinary students will prepare dinner and lunches sometimes, always a treat!
