There are seven different restaurants in Ephraim, and the college has its own dining hall where students can gather and have a good time.

Ephraim is a small town. There are a couple of Mexican places, a Chinese place that's decent, and fast food. Not a lot of variety.

The cafeteria here is not all that great. They do not offer a whole lot of options, but I can tell that they are working on improving. If you stay in any sort of on-campus housing you are required to have at least a minimal meal plan, which I don't like at all.

I would have to say that food and dining is the weakness of Ephraim, UT. There is only three chain restaurants here and those are McDonald's, Subway, and Little Caesar's. You don't have many places to chose from but that is what makes trips to Salt Lake City so fun, the different environment.

They have a lot of great local places nearby, such as Roy's Pizza on Main Street and the snow creme place in nearby Spring City. There's also two Mexican places (one of which is the much-loved Melena's), a local sandwich shop, the Snow Dragon (Chinese), and the Sip-It Shack (sodas, coffee, cocoa, and treats). Also: McDonald's, Subway, Little Cesar's.

There are good places to go in Ephraim even though it's small down here. We have a chinese restaurant, pizza places, and the school caffeteria (which is not prepackaged foods). All in all a great place to be, plus we do have a grocery store and walmart to cook for yourself.

The food on campus is alright. I don't eat there much because I live off campus and I don't have a meal card. From the few times I have eaten there, it has been alright.

You have the choice of either eating in the cafeteria, which does have really good food; or buying your own groceries and cooking your own food. Either way is awesome because it caters to individual needs.

There are a couple of fraternities but they don't have a huge impact on life here at snow. We also have Deca and the Alpha Delts.
