In coming to Southwestern you'll have to keep an open mind and see the potential of what your first college experience can be if you remain positive. There is not much in the city of Terrell to do, but if you remain creative you'll have a great time. Southwestern does not have a Grade A campus, but it does have the potential to be a great college memory. You will need to be willing to make friends and lose friends. You will need to learn quickly that even though attendance to class is optional, your grade will reflect how much you show up. Just because Southwestern is a Junior College (only if you do not plan on obtaining a bachelor's in Biblical Studies) you should not take your duration here for granted. There will be a lot of days when you won't have anything to do, but there will also be a lot of good memories that will last forever. read full review
