The undergraduate admissions staff is a joke, extremely unhelpful. If you want to reach anyone in the business office to pay a bill you will have to physically walk in as they NEVER answer the phone or return messages. Make sure to constantly stay on your financial aid rep or your financial aid package may not be processed in time, resulting in a full tuition bill. If you do not pay this bill you will be dropped from your classes. However, good luck reaching anyone over the phone in either of these departments to correct your financial aid package. Also, do not expect any help after graduation in helping to find a job. If you need to request transcripts after graduation, again, physically walk into the office to do so as no one will answer the phone or return a message. read full review
