At University of the Sciences, we are building on a life sciences legacy started almost two centuries ago as Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, which remains one of our five colleges today. From treating, researching, and studying diseases and cures on a molecular level to the medicines that improve the lives of people worldwide, USciences is about moving life forward.

We have been, and continue to be, an incubator for a thriving alumni network who share a passion for exploration and discovery in pharmacy, science, and healthcare as well as for governmental, business, and administrative professions. The results are rewarding, well-paying careers and discoveries across the pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, and biotech spectrums worldwide.

USP is a great social school. All the students get to know each other since its such a small school. USP is only 15 minutes away from center city, so there are many activities to engage yourself in to keep yourself busy. You never get bored at USP.

For as small as the school is, there is a lot of diversity. We are right in the middle of University City. In Philadelphia, there is so much to do and on the campuses of other schools, there are so many people to meet. It can be hard to find something to do on campus besides studying. Everyone is always in the books. The campus was not set up for fun, but for hard work. If you willing to look, you can have a lot of fun here. I have enjoyed meeting so many new people.
