Categories Rating Comments Am learning a lot I am about to finish up my first semester as a sopomore here at Alice Lloyd College so i have been here a year and a half so i can tell you a few things about this school. Alice Lloyd is a smaller institute most of the class only have like maybe thrity or so students in it so your instructors can really get to know you as an individual so you don't just fade out a sea of faces like in some schools. I came from a small high school so coming to a school that was smaller was comforting to me because i was terrified of going away to school but the campus is small and the people are nice you pretty much get to know everyone here. Alice Lloyd college is really known for their Biology majors but that's not the only thing they offer we have a great Education department and our Business department was just remodeled so its a great place to have your classes in.
Am enjoying being here When i'm not in class or working i am usually hanging out with my friends. If you come here you will find how easy it is to make friends here. Everyone is so nice and everybody just gets along.
Bang for the buck This school is also really inexpensive compared to other places and you get the same education if not a better one here than you would somewhere else.

Great for these types of students Alice Lloyd is a religious school so it is a very christian school with very christian rules. so if you come here you must realise that there are curfews set and no boys allowed in girls room and vice-versa except on open dorm.

What to do for fun Alot of college interaction. Tennis, Cheerleading, Basketball, baseball and swimming
Great for these types of students Those who want a close net relationship with people. A college that has the feeling of home.
Campus Safety Security is always there and located right beside the dorms. The front door on the dorms lock after midnight.

Categories Rating Comments Will learn a lot My dad is a professor here. Trust me, his class is not a cake-walk. However, you do learn a lot as with most every class on this campus.
Will enjoy being here The people are great at ALC. You won't find a better group. Sure, they have their typical douchey-jocks.... but doesn't every school?
Bang for the buck I would say so. It's rather cheap to get in and it's one of the leading colleges in the nation that you can graduate from without being in a butt-load of debt. If you're looking to save money, ALC is the place to go.
Tips for prospective students As much as it seems to be a small, family-oriented college with not many students and such, it's still college and you still have to work. Don't join thinking that it's going to be a party school because I've been there all my life and everyone who attempts to party instead of study is gone within the first few weeks, guaranteed. They don't keep losers.
