Categories Rating Comments Am learning a lot The school has a lot of great courses that keep you learning. The professors are very helpful. They also have a class called MOI which is a fun transition course which helps freshman meet fellow classmates and transition between high school to college flow smoothly.
Am enjoying being here Everyone is very friendly and will wave and say hi to you even if you have never met them. It feels like home, every one is very caring about each other even if they just meet you.
Bang for the buck It is alot of money but it is well worth it. They do have scholarships that help the money issues.

Categories Rating Comments In three sentences Loras is a small school offering many opportunities to get involved. Having a smaller campus allows close contact with professors. It is also very easy to get involved in almost anything desired.
Tips for prospective students Loras offers great professor and student contact hours. If you are worried about a class at all, talking to your professor will make you feel at ease. Loras also offers many different activities and clubs to get involved in.
Academic Rigor Depending on your major, the work load can be tough.
Dorm Life Dorms are fairly small and they lack air conditioning.
Food and Dining Food is pretty good. Not a whole lot of variety.
What to do for fun Walk downtown, go to the movies, go to the mall, Riverwalk, Mississippi Museum, and drive to Illinois or Wisconsin.

Categories Rating Comments Am learning a lot Loras is a great liberal arts college. I love the variety of classes they have and how challenging each class is. The people are friendly although there are a lot of sports jocks. The teachers have been incredibly caring and understanding and really help students that are in need.
