Provost Academic Achievers

Scholarship Description
Clark Atlanta University is pleased to announce our Provost Academic Achievers Program. First-time freshmen that meet the following criteria and complete the application process by February 1 of their senior year will be considered for the scholarship program. Applicants with a grade point average (GPA) between a 3.50 - 3.74 and 1200 SAT score (verbal and math only) (27 composite ACT) will be considered for an award equal to the cost of tuition, fees, on-campus room and board. All eligible applicants will be placed in a pool and awards will be made on the basis of availability of institutional funds. This award is renewable annually based on meeting all scholarship renewal criteria. The Provost Academic Achievers Program recipients must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5, be enrolled in fifteen (15) hours of undergraduate courses per semester and successfully complete at least 30 credit hours per academic year. The Provost Academic Achievers Program award may only be used beginning the fall semester after the student graduates from high school. The award is renewable for a maximum of four years (eight semesters) as long as the student maintains all scholarship renewal criteria.
