McWhinnie (BA 1920) Registrar Emeritus, friends and family members. Number of awards: One in each category. Value: Varies. Selected by: Selection committee. Other instructions: Application deadline is Feb. 3. Nominees will be judged equally on scholarship and scholastic promise, school and community citizenship and financial need. Nominations are forwarded by LHS and by Phi Beta Phi to the selection committee.
