Army ROTC at Georgia State University offers 3-year scholarships. This may cover tuition and fees, and $600 a year in book fees for all years on scholarship.Have 6 semesters remaining before graduation (minimum 27 credit hours at end of freshman year. Apply by 15 March of freshman year and be a full time student).
Be a US citizen.
Be 17 years old before the scholarship is effective.
Have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or greater.
Participate in leadership, extracurricular and athletic activities (Students with part-time jobs will be given substitute credit).
Be under 25 years old on June 30 of the year you expect to graduate and receive your officer's commission (An age extension may be granted to veterans who qualify).
Select an Army approved academic major.
Meet the required cumulative grade point average in all academic courses.
Have at least an 920 score on the SAT or 19 on the ACT.
Be recommended by the UK Professor of Military Science.
Meet required medical and physical fitness standards.
