Army ROTC Scholarships
- Scholarship Description
- Army ROTC Scholarships Tuition and Fees Four-, three-, and two- year Army ROTC Scholarships will pay for full college tuition and fees. In addition, a grant for textbooks and a $1,500 general subsistence allowance are added for each school year the scholarship is in effect. Four-year ROTC scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis to U.S. citizens who will enter college as freshmen. Applications postmarked by July 15, one year prior to starting college, are considered for early-cycle scholarships, with winners announced by Nov. 1. Applications postmarked after July 15, but n o later than Dec. 1, are considered in the regular cycle, with winners announced by March 1. There is no military commitment until the start of the sophomore year. There are also two-year reserve forces duty scholarships offered at IUPUI.
