Dean of Science Scholarships
- Scholarship Description
- Dean of Science Scholarships Up to $2,500 per year, Renewable for 4 years The School of Science Dean’s Scholars Program is designed for beginning School of Science freshmen. These competitive scholarships provide awards of up to $2,500 per academic year renewable up to $10,000. Contingent upon availability of funds, a Dean’s Scholar who is a beginning major may be supported for up to eight regular (fall/spring) semesters provided that the student continues in a degree program in the School of Science and maintains an overall GPA of at least 3.5. An applicant must be in the top 25% of the graduating class and have a minimum SAT score of 1200 or ACT score of 26. An award recipient may hold only one scholarship funded by the School of Science. Application, essay, transcript, and two letters of recommendation must be received by the Office of Student Scholarships by February 1.
