NUMBER AWARDED: Varies, depending on available funding RESIDENCY: Oklahoma resident students AWARDED TO: New freshmen HOW TO APPLY: Submit the Undergraduate Application for Admission/Scholarships available online at or in the “Applying to OSU” booklet. APPLICATION DEADLINE: February 1 FINANCIAL NEED REQUIRED? Yes, as established via the Free Application for Federal Student Aid at ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Must be enrolled as full-time undergraduate students. Must be a graduate of Pawnee High School. Preference to a student enrolled in College of Education. Recipient must have demonstrated high academic achievement, outstanding leadership qualities, and potential for success in college. Students enrolled only one semester during the academic year of the award will receive one-half the value of this award. RENEWAL CRITERIA: Not renewable.
