An award of $700 is to be made annually for a one-course scholarship to an academically competent, financially needy student who has a Minor in Women’s and Gender Studies (WGS). Six credits of WGS course work should be completed at the time of the award. A full-time faculty member of Women’s and Gender Studies should teach the course for which the award is made. Applications will be reviewed and a recommendation for award will be made by representatives from the Women’s Center and faculty from the Women’s and Gender Studies Department.
