[General Scholarship Criteria] This scholarship is available to: College Sophomore / College Junior / College Senior UO Majors: Biology / Chemistry / Computer and information science / Human Physiology / General science / Geological sciences / Mathematics / Physics / Psychology / Anthropology / Asian studies / Economics / Environmental studies / Ethnic studies / Geography / History / International studies / Political science / Sociology / Women's and gender studies / Classics / Comparative literature / English / German / Humanities / Judaic studies / Linguistics / Philosophy / Religious studies / Russian and East European studies / Romance languages / Theatre arts The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Scholarship Fund will make awards of $1000 to provide support for undergraduates in the liberal arts and sciences. The Fund is made up from annual gifts designated for this purpose and is intended to acknowledge the highest achievement by undergraduates with declared majors in an arts and sciences discipline. Candidates for the CAS Scholarship should be nominated from among the best and brightest students in the College. These awards carry no financial need requirement.
