Eugene D. Flood Scholarship
- Scholarship Description
- Established in 1998 by friends and colleagues in honor of Eugene (Gene)D. Flood ('57)'s retirement after 34 years of service to Harpur College. The scholarship is awarded to a Binghamton University student with financial need. First preference is given to a Broome County resident; the next preference is to an entering Freshman. Student must have a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file with the BU Financial Aid Services Office. No other formal application is required. Recipients are selected in the Spring for the following academic year.
