Incoming Freshman Art Scholarship

Scholarship Description
Incoming Freshman Scholarship is available to any high school senior who declares a major in art at Minot State University. The scholarship will be determined by a spring semester competition to which the student will be invited to submit portfolios. Deadline is January 15, for consideration of the following school year. We encourage students of any gender, sexual orientation, race, color and national or ethnic origin to apply. Students can apply for the scholarship by completing the 250 word essay and presenting a portfolio. Be sure to include the following information with your submission: name, school, contact information and degree track that you are applying for. * Write a 250 word essay addressing a past, present and future commitment to being an artist.
