- Amount - $500-$1000 .Number of Awards - 4.Scholarships to full time students of Asian descent who are residents of Oregon or Washington state. Financial need is a primary consideration. [General Scholarship Criteria] This scholarship is available to: Undergraduate Students / High School Senior / Incoming Freshman Applications for this scholarship are limited to students from only the following states: OR WA GPA requirement: 3.0 Minimum Scholarship Criteria: 1) Must be of Asian descent; 2) Must be a resident of Oregon or Clark County, Washington; 3) Must be a graduating high school student or current college student who will be working toward an undergraduate degree at an institution of higher education in Oregon or Washington during the 2004-05 school year as a full time student; 4) Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0; 5) Must demonstrate financial need by filing a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid); 6) Must be involved in community or school related activities.
