Scholarship Description
Requirements: * Must be a CWU student. * Have a physical disability certified by a doctor. * Demonstrate financial need. Award Amount:Based on availability of funds. Application Process : * Complete the George and Dorothy Connell Mulinski Scholarship Application Form. * Write a cover letter stating the reasons for attending CWU, and explain the impact of the disabling condition on your educational process. * Provide proof of academic performance (i.e., transcripts). * Provide proof of academic promise (for freshmen: Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT ) scores, or American College Testing (ACT) scores; for transfer students: results of basic skills placement tests). * Submit three letters of recommendation. * Provide a statement from a doctor verifying the disabling condition.
