- Scholarship Description
- The LAS program will be conducting a competition for University of Miami students through the end of the semester. The program in Latin American Studies of the College of Arts & Sciences, of the University of Miami is pleased to announce a new annual competition. Three prizes will be awarded: $500 for first place, $250 for second place and $100 for the best entry from a first year student. Entries may be papers or creative projects, including original musical compositions, art, and films. Media must be accompanied by a written description. Projects may be on any area related to Latin American, Hispanic or Latino life and culture. Deadline: contact agency, Amount of Scholarship: contact agency.
